There are just too many things to do when it comes to wedding planning so it won’t be really surprising if few things fall out of the crack. Isn’t it? After all, planning a wedding (whether big or small) can be really an extremely overwhelming experience and though we try to remember each and everything and prepare for every detail, it is quite easy to miss out certain things. It is completely understandable. However, these are the things you would not want to skip from your to-do list. To make things easier for you, we have prepared a list for you so that you don’t miss out anything. 1.Confirming Schedules
Your wedding planner will check with all the suppliers about the availability. However, make sure to confirm all the appointments at least a week before to ensure that everything is in place. Ask your planner about the responsibilities that you will be having on the big day so that you are aware about what is expected from you. Also, make sure that you have communicated everything to the persons of your family who are going to have key responsibilities at the hotel. 2.Post-Wedding Planning No, we are not talking about your honeymoon. We are sure that you have everything set for it. Rather, what are your plans immediately after leaving the reception or getting done with all the rituals that you would be required to perform for that day? Are you planning to party in private or simply head towards the bed? And if you are going to room – do you want to stay a home or do you want to book a room in some hotel and spend some private time? They are obviously going to welcome you with those loud enthusiastic cheers, but you can also be a bit creative and make a creative and memorable memory. No, we are not asking you to spend on hiring a lavish ride for yourself. In fact, you can plan something as simple as dancing your way inside the venue through a choreographed act. Also, make sure your exit is just as noticeable. 4.Decorating Other Areas Of course your wedding venue is going to be all dressed up to welcome you and your guests. The last thing you want is that your guests find one of the areas completely left out. For instance, make sure that even the refreshing rooms are decorated with flowers or candles. Also, the mandap should be well decorated. Get somebody to dress your car with flowers and put a sign of “just married” on it before you have to leave the venue with your partner. Also, ensure that you have already designated somebody from the family or friends to carry all those gifts to a car and get them dropped at your home. There could be minor details that you could escape in all the hustle of your wedding. Just relax and let your wedding planner handle everything. Even for the last minute rescues, they would have a solution for you. So, enjoy your big day with the people who love you and let all the work tasks be taken care by the experts.
